Student Job (f/m/x) – Assistant Retail Board office (25 h/week)  

We are the Assistant team in Retail banking directly supporting the Board area and Managers. We are looking for 4 curious and highly ambitious students (f/m/x) to strengthen our international team. Have you ever participated in a student challenge? No? Well then apply now and experience a different way of recruiting. On May 2, 2023 (between 9 a.m. and 13 a.m.). You will have the opportunity to meet the Assistant Pool of the Retail Department and learn more about the open positions. You can introduce yourself, do short interviews with you future colleagues and even visit the Retail offices.

W hat your day would look like  

• Supporting a busy assistant pool in daily business
• Organizing and coordinating meetings and events
• Overviewing e-mail/telephone correspondence
• Make sure conference rooms and meeting rooms are prepared and well maintained at all times
• Handling different administrative activities (reimbursement, travel management, order stationary, …)

Does the following apply to you?

• You are an active student at a university or university of applied science
• You feel confident working with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Your written and oral German and English skills are very good
• You are pro-active, enthusiastic and communicative
• Your problem-solving skills make you stand out
• You are also a reliable team-player and have a hands-on mentality
