APPLY Our client is a leading financial services institution in Austria, offering a comprehensive range of banking and financial products to retail, small business, and corporate clients. The group operates through key segments, including retail and small business banking, corporate banking, and treasury services, providing savings accounts, personal loans, mortgages, working capital financing, and investment solutions. Emphasizing digital innovation, our client enhances customer engagement and operational efficiency with mobile banking apps and online platforms. For their core development team, they are looking for an experienced Business Analyst:

Your responsibilities:

• Define mobile app features through user story analysis, story writing, and coordinate feature testing and delivery.
• Deliver features end-to-end from story definition, through testing to launch and reporting.
• Collaborate daily with testing teams, UX designers, and Product Owners.
• Actively participate in scrum rituals with video on.

Your profile:

• Several years of experience in Business Analytics
• Proven experience in a fintech startup or similar fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of finance or banking, with familiarity with various eBanking or mobile banking apps.
• Driven and goal-oriented, with a strong focus on getting things done.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, able to break down complex issues into manageable parts.
• Effective team player with a self-starter attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a high level of English proficiency

Monthly gross salary depending on professional background. Individual experience and knowledge will be clearly honoured in the real compensation package. Minimum required by law is an approximate 4.500 € gross, but the real compensation will be on the higher end of the market average.
