On a day to day basis you will be required to:

 

• Answer incoming communications from customers
• Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
• Be the first point of contact for the world's first-class accommodation partners by resolving basic questions and queries, such as modifications to rooms, rates, and availability, etc.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools, methods, and processes.
• Ensure a high level of partner service and a positive partner experience

 

Requirements:

To be successful in the role you should:

 

• Be fluent in German and have good English
• Have at least a High school diploma or equivalent
• Be able to apply and explain your product or service knowledge
• Be a competent computer user
• Have good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Monthly salary 1,370 euros gross,
• Bonus 13th and 14th salary paid each year
• Performance-based incentives (top 25% of people get bonus cca: 8% of base salary)
