YOUR JOB

As the Head of Customer Service & Operations, you will take on the operational leadership of an international, distributed team of 25 people based in Austria, Germany, and Serbia, and work with the CTO on the department’s strategic development. Your job’s key responsibilities are:

The continuous development of processes in Customer & Operations Service together with your team

The interface functions with other departments and close cooperation with other areas to optimize processes

Supporting your team with escalations and collaboratively developing solutions

The development of your team by setting individual development goals together with your team members

Representing the Technical & Customer Services department within and outside the company

Responsibility for service and support contracts with our customers, including the content design of contract terms and commercial implementation (planning, forecasting, invoicing)

YOUR SKILLS

Essential Skills 

3+ years of relevant professional experience

3+ years of leadership experience

Experience in stakeholder management

Excellent communication skills in English and German

Basic technical knowledge

In-depth understanding of processes in Customer Service & Operations

Interest in the strategic development of your area of responsibility

Service-oriented, balanced, and empathetic personality with negotiation skills

Beneficial Skills

Completed degree in a technical or business field

Experience with agile methodologies

Know-how in process design

The actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience. What is also important to us is to pay our employees an internally comparable salary. For legal reasons, we need to disclose the minimum annual salary for full-time employment as stated in the current collective IT agreement, which is € 60.844 for this position.
