Pulp&Paper (P&P) Service is looking for a Global P&P Service Operations Manager for ROLLS to support P&P Service growth. The position reports to the Global PFR Operations Manager respective division managers.

The location of the job is one of the ANDRITZ office locations.

Your main responsibilities in this role:

•    Shared financial result responsibility with divisions and regions
•    Operational strategy
•    Investment process for “Manufacturing” and “Others”
•    Location development
•    Communication with Group Functions GMM, GSC, GQS
•    Fulfillment of all ESG targets influenced by the operations locations

We are looking for a candidate with the following experience & expertise:

•    Solid background from operations management – experience in service respectively rolls business would be an asset
•    Experience in leading global processes / projects and change management
•    Experience in working in/with intercultural teams
•    Excellent in written and spoken English – other languages are an asset
•    Bachelor’s / Master´s Degree in relevant field
•    Strategic thinking and analytical skills
•    Ability to turn strategy into concrete plans and actions – and make sure that they are implemented
•    Result focused attitude
•    Strong interpersonal skills and ability to network and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels in the organization

•    Leadership, influencing and change management skills
•     Willingness to travel internationally (~33%)
