The CX Product Manager is responsible for elevating the user experience across all product lines in the DACH region. This role centers on meticulously crafting and refining customer journey maps to pinpoint crucial interaction points and improvement opportunities. With a strong focus on integrating customer feedback and analytical data, the manager ensures that product interactions are not only satisfying but also deeply engaging, leading to higher user retention and satisfaction.

They also prioritize compliance with the latest regulatory standards, weaving these requirements seamlessly into the user experience without diminishing the product's appeal. Collaborating extensively with UX/UI design teams and technical staff, this manager is pivotal in aligning product enhancements with customer-centric strategies and broader commercial goals, driving continuous improvements based on a thorough understanding of customer needs and market trends.

What you'll do

• Customer Journey Mapping: Lead the creation and continuous refinement of customer journey maps for the casino games segment. Focus on identifying key touchpoints, pain points, and opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
• CX Innovation: Develop and implement innovative features and services that enhance the user experience, based on insights drawn from customer journey analysis and feedback.
• Regulatory Compliance Integration: Actively monitor and implement regulatory changes within the casino games portfolio, ensuring that all products not only meet legal standards but also enhance or maintain customer satisfaction.
• User Feedback Loop Management: Establish and manage a structured process for collecting, analyzing, and responding to user feedback, using this data to drive improvements in the CX.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration for CX Improvement: Work closely with UX/UI designers, compliance officers, and technical teams to ensure that the customer's perspective and compliance requirements are integrated into product development and operational processes.
• Performance Metrics for CX: Define and track key performance indicators related to customer experience, such as customer satisfaction scores, retention rates, and compliance audit results, using them to guide CX enhancements.

Who you are

• Deep Understanding of Customer Experience Design: Expertise in designing and improving customer journeys, particularly in the digital and gaming industries.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Strong awareness of the gaming regulatory environment and its impact on product development and customer interaction.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data from customer feedback and performance metrics to make informed decisions.
• Project Management: Proficiency in managing projects that involve multiple stakeholders and complex requirements
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and communicate with stakeholders about CX and regulatory changes.
