Arbeitsbeschreibung - Brand Channel and Content Manager

Your challenge & tasks

  • Establish, manage, and optimize Mavie Brand channels such as websites and social media to maximize our brand presence. Experiment with new formats, trends, and emerging platforms to bring Mavie to the top of mind of our audiences. 
  • Develop and execute new content strategies and formats that trigger our target audience and build a strong emotional bond with our brand. 
  • Orchestrate an always-on content plan across all Mavie business units to position the brand and to support customer acquisition and retention across all business units of Mavie. 
  • Develop a deep understanding of our audience personas and tailor strategies to engage and captivate them with our narrative and targeted storytelling.
  • Manage our PR strategies and media cooperation’s to utilize the 3 rd parties to emphasize and amplify our brand narrative. 
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs to track the effectiveness of all initiatives under your responsibility to derive actionable learnings  and next steps for optimization.
  • Manage digital assets , including images, videos, and much more.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with brand ambassadors and influencers to expand our reach and enhance brand awareness.

What you need to be successful

  • Successful track record of establishing and managing the content and channel strategies and platforms of thriving brands and products. We look for someone with vast experience who has already created significant impact in their previous roles, but is keen to create more with Mavie, revolutionizing content and channel strategies in healthcare. 
  • Content creation and copywriting

    • Proven ability to create compelling and engaging content across different formats and channels.
    • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft messages that resonate with the target audience.
  • Multichannel Management: Experience in managing and optimizing content across various platforms, including social media, websites, blogs, email marketing, and potentially emerging platforms.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to align content strategies with the overall brand strategy and broader marketing objectives and business goals.
  • Analytics and Data Interpretation: Proficiency in using analytics tools and track and measure the performance of content across channels and the ability to derive actionable insights to continually refine and optimize our strategies.
  • Social Media Savvy: In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices and experience in implementing successful campaigns and growing an engaged online community.
  • SEO & SEM Knowledge: Understanding of search engine optimization and how to optimize content and channels for it. 
  • Experience with PR and media relations.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills  paired with a creative and curious mindset , that always wants to experiment with new approaches, tools and content/ media trends. 
  • Strong network of independent content creators, social media experts and growth marketeers and the ability to manage them as part of a portfolio of freelancers.

Due to legal requirements in Austria, we are obliged to state the minimum salary for this position. Our salary range for this position starts at 70.000 €. Based on your experience and qualifications, our final offer will be a competitive market value-based salary.
