Your Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing performance strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction and increase the profitability of the Micro segment
• Analyzing sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address development opportunities
• Harmonizing group-wide best practices, aligning payments and cards to overall Retail strategy and facilitating the implementation of digital solutions throughout the whole Retail payments area
• Monitoring market performance & providing input for improving the overall business development
• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders, customers and employees

Your Background

• Strong experience in an international leadership role in the field of Retail business and particularly in payments and cards business
• Strong understanding of Retail business in CEE Region and project management skills
• Ability to think strategically, with a strong understanding of business objectives and how technology can support them
• A service-oriented and transformational mindset with the willingness to drive Erste Group's retail innovation area to functional excellence
• A strong experience in collaborating with C-Levels (board) and various internal & external stakeholders
• Fluency in English, any other CEE language is of advantage

• The minimum wage for this full-time position in accordance with the collective agreement with complete fulfillment of the functional profile is EUR 48.323,-- gross per year. But this is just a formality - we would be happy to talk about your actual salary in person!
