Software Engineer for Implementation of Manufacturing Technologies

What to expect from this role:

• Analyze complex calculation models and create and implement solutions within our Kotlin-based calculation framework.

• Work together with technology experts to understand how manufacturing processes work.

• Participate and contribute in discussions that directly impact the advancement of our software product.

• Review and document code.

• Become a part of the team that embraces learning and exchange of ideas.

What you should bring:

• First job experience and understanding of software development as well as some hands-on experience with programming languages, ideally Python, Java (Kotlin).

• Preferably a degree (HTL/Uni/FH) in any of the following: mathematics/physics/mechanical engineering/computer science or related studies.

• Solid software development skills and desire to learn and improve. 

• Analytical mindset to solve complex problems using logical and mathematical skills. 

• Willingness to learn a lot about manufacturing technologies.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Based in Vienna, fluent in English, and German is a plus.

We pay competitive salaries based on talents’ skills and experience; legally, we have to disclose the minimum salary, according to the IT Collective Bargaining Agreement, in this case € 45,000 gross per year for the above mentioned requirements.
