Your challenge:

Analyzing Business Requirements: Collaborating with business partners to analyze needs, define software requirement specifications, and review functional designs for alignment with business goals.
Creating Shared Understanding and Solution Design: Establishing a common understanding of business requirements, designing solutions that adhere to best practices, and focusing on meeting end-customer and user needs of different departments
Collaborative Teamwork: Engaging actively in a diverse team environment that includes business analysts, software engineers, data analysts, and key decision-makers like product owners to develop effective solutions
Effective Daily Work Management: Utilizing tools like Jira and Confluence for daily task management. Actively participating in Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban meetings and retrospectives, to ensure smooth team operations and continuous improvement.

Proven Track Record in IT or Similar Fields: Demonstrating a successful history of working in the information technology sector or related areas, showcasing skills and accomplishments.
Strong Analytical Thinking and Technical Background: Possessing advanced analytical capabilities.
Interpersonal Communication Skills: The ability to ask the right questions and to open closed doors.
Proficiency in German and English Communication: Exhibiting good communication skills in both German and English, capable of articulating ideas and concepts clearly in written and verbal forms.

Expertise in Requirements Engineering: Skilled in identifying and defining system requirements, with hands-on experience in cutting-edge technologies like Microservices, Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), complemented by familiarity with agile software delivery methodologies.
