We are currently looking for a  Digital Marketing Coordinator (Full-Time)to join our TourRadar Marketing Solutions (TMS) team in Vienna, Austria. This team is part of the overall Marketing Team. TMS functions like an in-house digital marketing agency, working with the world's most inspiring travel brands and tourism organisations to deliver impactful solutions, no matter the marketing objective. 

Your responsibilities:

• Prepare campaign concepts & proposals based on our partners business objectives, target audiences and markets
• Orchestrate the creation and delivery of campaign assets (such as content, copy, landing pages and paid media buys) with internal stakeholders
• Support campaign performance monitoring during the flight and communicate necessary opitmizations if needed to internal stakeholders
• Create post-campaign reports to measure success and identify learnings. This includes aggregating various sources of data to analyse campaign performance such as impressions, CTR, sales and bookings, etc 
• Serve as main point of contact to external partners during campaigns, ensuring timely execution
• Apply and grow your knowledge & interests in all areas of digital marketing, such as paid and owned media channels, testing strategies and support TourRadar's internal projects

Who you are:

• Excellent English writing, communication, and presentation skills
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or equivalent work experience 
• Proven working experience of minimum 1-2 years, either brand or agency side, in marketing, preferrably with experience in planning and running paid media campaigns
• Understanding of digital and content marketing principles as well as media channels (e.g. Meta and Google)
• Knowledge of, or willingness to learn about website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Looker)
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
• Open-minded and positive team player with strong communication skills and sales acumen
• Self-motivated and well-organised with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask, learn and adapt to fast-paced environments
• Passion for travel
