Unterstützung der Globalen HR Business Partner bei operativen HR-Themen

Organisation von internationalen Personalentwicklungsprogrammen 

Aktive Zusammenarbeit mit den zuständigen HR-Leiter:innen in den Ländern

Mitarbeit bei Projekten aus den Bereichen Organisationsentwicklung, HR-Digitalisierung, Onboarding, Diversity Management sowie Employer Branding

Durchführung sämtlicher administrativer Tätigkeiten im Personal- und Office Management (Präsentationen, Terminkoordination, Reiseplanung)

Unterstützung bei der internationalen Mitarbeiterzufriedenheitsbefragung

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

Laufendes oder kürzlich abgeschlossenes Studium (bevorzugt im Bereich Wirtschaft, Personal, Marketing) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung im HR-Bereich

Erste Berufserfahrung im HR-Bereich und Praktika von Vorteil

Begeisterung für die Arbeit im Team und am Thema Personalentwicklung

Gewinnendes, freundliches Auftreten

Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit

Organisationstalent & strukturierte Arbeitsweise

Ausgezeichnete MS-Office Kenntnisse (insb. Excel, PowerPoint)
