Supply Chain Coordinator-Packaging

We at Haleon Dungarvan are looking for an Artwork Bulk Coordinator, this role is responsible for the management of all Commercial bulk supply. In conjunction, the Artwork Bulk coordinator will be the gate keeper of all new product launches as key point of contact for My PSR process for both Wellness and Oral Care Categories.

Key Responsibilities :

Problem Solving:

• There may be times when the supply chain is not clear in terms of a new product. You will need, therefore, to work closely with manufacturing, finance and to identify an appropriate solution.

Environmental Health & Safety (EHS)

• Perform duties in a compliant manner and behave in accordance with site SOP’s, Haleon EHS standards and guidelines and relevant legal requirements
• Read and understand Standard Operation Procedures applicable to role
• Report all accidents, incidents and any EHS issues using the appropriate process /system to your line manager or, if required, the Occupational Health Advisor.
• Maintain work area in an inspection ready state and clean as you go to maintain good safe housekeeping standards.
• Be aware of the impact of your job activities on EHS issues.

Quality

• Perform duties in a compliant manner and behave in accordance with our Quality Management System requirements
• Participate fully in our site’s quality initiatives and ensure that all relevant quality standards are adhered to
• Maintain GMP standards where appropriate to your role
• Read and understand relevant Standard Operating Procedures and Global Quality applicable to role
• Management Policies relevant to your job role
• Attend training and complete assessments as required

Must have skill sets and experience

• Experience work on SAP PSR module
• Significant experience in control change management in manufacturing or packaging or related area in a highly regulated environment, i.e. Pharma or Med. device.
• Previous experience in a the Supply Chain & Logistics function in a Manufacturing Facility, ideally with a enterprise level firm
• Experience working to tight deadlines with facilities and teams in different countries
