Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers in a polite, friendly and professional manner using agreed procedures
• As a first level agent, you will answer incoming calls and deal with every customer problem in a solution-oriented manner
• You are not only the interface to private end customers but also communicate with business customers in a B2B environment
• You not only handle customer cases reactively, but are also prepared to proactively offer the product range and thus expand the 'customer journey'
• You listen carefully to customers' concerns and needs, show empathy and take the opportunity to build a relationship with the customer
• Maintain a basic knowledge of the products and/or services

• German language skills at C1/C2 level + English language skills
