We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Generative AI Solution Architect with a focus on Databricks to enhance our AI solutions. In this role, you will be instrumental in the design, development, and implementation of our Generative AI applications, leveraging Databricks as a group solution to streamline our operations and improve customer engagement. #full-time (38.5h / week) #viennaoffice (1030) #homeoffice possible Your role at RBI Develop and implement the technical strategy for Generative AI initiatives, with a focus on leveraging Databricks Generative AI features. Work collaboratively with our team of data engineers and AI specialists. Translate complex business objectives into technical Generative AI solutions, Blueprints, re-usable libraries, and design patterns. Advocate for and implement standardization and modularity in our tech stack, with a focus on Databricks. Ensure the robustness and performance of Generative AI applications in production. Your core competencies At least 8 years in IT, with a profound expertise in AI, machine learning, and data architecture. Extensive experience with Databricks OR other cloud-based platforms / AI services. Familiarity with machine learning operations (MLOps) practices. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Machine Learning, and familiarity with AI-related libraries and toolset A strategic thinker with a talent for translating complex business needs into technical solutions. Excellent communication skills and a talent for cross-functional collaboration. A self-starter who thrives both independently and as a team player. A strong advocate for Agile and DevOps methodologies.
