Analyze the effectiveness of advertising campaigns;
Develop a strategy for creatives in collaboration with the creative team;
Make suggestions for improving campaign performance, test new hypotheses;
Interact with network partners to build fruitful and long-term relationships;

Confirmed experience working with video networks for at least 3 years (Applovin, Unity, Google Ads, Mintegral, and others);
Active engagement with advertising networks, agencies, and external partners;
Understanding of network algorithms (requirements and conditions for opening additional optimizations);
Knowledge and comprehension of marketing metrics, as well as product indicators (ARPU, LTV, ROI, ROAS, CPA, CPT, CPC, retention, and others);
Ability to communicate clearly and work in a team.
