Morpher is hiring for a Senior Marketing Manager (PPC & Data Analytics) to take over the companys multichannel performance marketing strategy and its data analytics for marketing campaigns.

Tasks

As Senior Marketing Manager at Morpher you will be responsible for leading our multichannel PPC efforts and managing data analytics to track the performance of our marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build optimize and manage PPC campaigns across various channels to drive revenue and increase ROI.
• Analyze and optimize campaign performance based on datadriven insights and strategies derived from platform dashboards and internal analytics tools.
• Deliver quantifiable improvements in ROI and CPA across all channels.
• Develop and maintain data analytics for all marketing channels including experience with raw data (SQL knowledge required).
• Manage marketing performance reporting infrastructure and data visualization using tools like Metabase and Amplitude.
• Analyze channel and campaign performance and derive actionable insights to drive business goals.
• Collaborate crossfunctionally with other teams including Product and Development.
• Communicate and deliver ad hoc analyses on performance effectively.

Requirements

• Strong interest in blockchainbased technologies.
• Proven handson experience in creating tracking optimizing and maintaining performance marketing campaigns.
• Experience in other areas of marketing such as SEO influencer marketing social media and email marketing is an advantage.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with data analytics tools such as Metabase and Amplitude.
• Prior experience working in an agile environment.
• Experience working in a startup environment is highly desirable.
• Datadriven decisionmaking process.
• Ability to model stage experiments optimize and scale marketing efforts.
• Strong budget management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of English; additional languages are a plus.
