As a Senior SMBAccount Manager, you will have the exciting opportunity to helpdrive, grow, and shape the future of an emerging innovativetechnology. Your responsibilities will include managing a large anddiverse customer base, driving revenue, adoption, and marketpenetration within the SMB segment. The ideal candidate willpossess a sales and technical background that enables them to leadengagements at the CXO level as well as with software developersand IT architects. Key job responsibilities • Drive revenue andmarket share in a defined region. • Meet or exceed quarterlyrevenue targets. • Develop and execute against a regional salesplan. • Accelerate customer adoption. • Maintain a robust salespipeline. • Work with partners to extend reach & driveadoption. • Ensure customer satisfaction. • Limited travel.
