Accountant (F/M/X)

• 2–3 years of professional experience in accounting, ideally in an international company or fast-paced environment
• Solid understanding of financial accounting principles
• Experience with ERP systems, ideally NetSuite or other cloud-based ERP solutions
• Hands-on knowledge of core accounting processes such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and month-end close
• Very good German (written and spoken) and solid in English for daily team communication
• High attention to detail and accuracy in reconciliations and financial reporting
• Structured, reliable working style with the ability to manage deadlines

Nice to have:

• Experience working in an international or multi-entity environment
• Exposure to process improvements, automation, or system implementations
• Experience supporting audits or financial reporting processes
• Basic knowledge of tax regulations in the DACH region, especially Germany
• Experience in fast-growing or private equity-backed companies

• HAK and/or experience in Accounting; 
• Additional qualifications such as Bilanzbuchhalter or Buchhalter certification are considered a strong plus.
• Minimum monthly gross salary: € 2.547 (14 times per year, based on 38.5h/week, no all-in contract). We always ensure a competitive salary adjusted to your qualifications and experience.
