YOUR ROLE 

Product Technical Marketing

As an automotive MCU technical marketing you will be part of a team that grows MCU, secure MCUs, digital products in China. You will work closely with GPM teams, automotive teams, sales teams to define the strategy and go to market of automotive MCUs.

• Collect and analyze general purpose MPU market intelligence to identify new opportunities to develop strategic recommendations based on analysis (market size, key trends, market metrics) to enable sales to capture maximum demand creation.
• Define and arbitrate the best segment to focus on, roadmap and product priorities among several possibilities (cores, ecosystems, etc…) 
• Articulate best strategy for China and convince division/group to support China choices
• Define with sales go to market to ensure success in China market.
• Execute the product launch including customer engagement, sales and channel trainings, press collateral with the marketing communication team, and promotion collateral.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• Bachelor or master on EE/CS or relative majors.
• At least 15 years' work experience in automotive MCU application/marketing.
• Knowledge of semiconductor business models and challenges
• Open minded, agile and resilience.
• Details focus and result oriented.
• Business travel acceptable. 
• Teamwork spirit.
• Good communication and presentation skill.
• Must be able to work in a cross functional team environment.
• Excellent on English communication.
