The Customer Intelligence and Analytics department has the task of processing all available information about the bank's customers in such a way that the customer can be advised, provided with services and developed in an optimal and sustainable manner, while safeguarding their rights and in the interests of the bank.

Your Tasks

• Link between banking and IT experts as well as the central business hub in exciting transaction classification projects
• Collaborating with various internal & external stakeholders in AT and other countries
• You are one of the main contact persons for the business requirements
• Specify requirements in Jira and to moderate refinements
• Improve classification models and continuously improve classification quality

• Ability to think analytically and strategically, with a strong understanding of business objectives and how technology can support them
• Three years work experience within the field of business analysis and requirements engineering in an agile development environment
• Solid experience in the field of banking data, especially analysis of transactional data, testing and quality assurance is greatly appreciated and extra rewarded
• Enjoy working with numbers, data and IT systems, Programming skills (SQL/Python/SAS) are an advantage
• Very good German skills, additional skills in English are an advantage

• The minimum wage for this full-time position in accordance with the collective agreement with complete fulfillment of the functional profile is EUR 43.554,00 gross per year. But this is just a formality - we would be happy to talk about your actual salary in person!
