Your job

• As a Business Analyst, you collaborate closely with the Project Manager in project planning, project control and project organization
• You support the Project Manager in making sure that our software is implemented in time, scope, budget and quality at the customer
• Requirements engineering is an essential part of your role: This includes the analysis of status-quo processes and the creation of reusable to-be concepts and process descriptions
• You define specifications of gaps, as a basis for the Software developers (creating user stories, Jira tickets) and prioritize together with the Development team
• You are configuring our software according to our customers' needs
• Test management (creating test cases, monitoring, execution and documentation of test cases) is also part of this multi-faceted job
• Various professional development perspectives are awaiting you (e.g.: IT Project Manager)

Your skills

• Completed education in IT (vocational High school for IT,
• Bachelor's or Master's degree)
• First work experience in a similar position or in IT preferred
• Basic IT- project management skills
• Good SQL, Oracle DB, and Java skills
• Analytical and structured way of working
• You enjoy working in a team and with customers
• You are a fast learner and embrace opportunities to grow personally and professionally
• Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)

Compensation

We are legally required to mention the compensation for this position. We offer a minimum salary of EUR 45.400,- gross/year (38,5 hours / week, no All-in contracts) plus an employee bonus and numerous other benefits. Of course, we are adapting the compensation according to your experience and qualification.
