Join Our Dynamic Sales Team: Business Development Manager Opportunity in the Oil-Free Air Division 

Atlas Copco is eagerly seeking an ambitious and motivated professional to join our Oil-Free Air sales team, focusing on the low-pressure sector. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact across a dynamic and multicultural region, including Austria, Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia, and Bosnia & Herzegovina.

Your role:

  • Market development and increase of market share for a defined product range both in known areas as well as in new market segments and applications
  • Observation and analysis as well as reporting on the activities of competitors
  • Support for existing and potential customers (e.g., engineering offices or plant operators active in industrial and municipal water management but also customers with low-pressure applications in the general industry)
  • Development of technical and energy-efficient solutions as well as processing public tenders
  • Support for the rest of the sales team with offers for the low-pressure sector
  • Interaction and communication with the aftermarket area to achieve comprehensive satisfaction with customers
  • Continuous reporting on all sales activities within the SAP customer database
  • Participation in seminars, fairs, and other marketing activities

To succeed you will need:

  • Completed education in the field of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, industrial engineering, or a comparable education with a technical orientation
  • Several years of experience in the sales of complex capital goods; ideally with market and product knowledge in the area of blowers or compressed air technology
  • Negotiation skills, open and convincing appearance
  • Independent, success-oriented working as well as initiative and team spirit
  • Drive for personal growth and learning
  • MS Office and SAP knowledge
  • German & English in spoken and written
  • Willingness to travel within the sales region
