Role Description

As a Business Solution Module Expert specializing in Financial Products Subledger (FPSL), your role involves working alongside our clients to analyze and define business requirements and processes, crafting solution designs, and assisting in the configuration of this specific module. Beyond client projects, you will contribute to our global practice and enhance existing SAP Fioneer solutions.

Your responsibilities encompass the following:

• Analyzing business requirements and contributing to product backlog creation for SAP S/4HANA FPSL implementations at client sites.
• Designing and configuring accounting processes to ensure compliance with accounting standards like IFRS 9, IFRS 17, HGB, and others.
• Creating, deploying, and managing data architecture across various solutions (OnPremise, Cloud, and Hybrid), encompassing business applications and tools.
• Implementing and developing SAP FPSL for IFRS 9, IFRS 17, or local accounting standards, including interfaces.
• Supporting feasibility studies, solution reviews, and working closely with sales teams to identify opportunities.
• Assisting in development activities through collaboration with the Product Development Team and providing functional specification and solution design support for custom enhancements.

In this role, you can work remote from any location in Serbia and/or from our offices in Airport City in Belgrade, with a willingness to travel when necessary.

Your Impact

You drive more efficient digital processes within the module functionalities for our customers and are a key contributor to both the implementation and the further development of the module. Your role is crucial in ensuring that the solutions we develop are seamlessly implemented and integrated into the existing infrastructure of our clients.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in S/4HANA FPSL, S/4HANA Finance, SAP Bank Analyzer AFI, or SAP Profitability and Performance Management (PAPM)
• Experience in configuring SAP S/4HANA FPSL, S/4HANA Finance and/or SAP PaPM leveraging the provided business content.
• Experience in Finance and Accounting functions in a bank and/or insurance company
• A strong understanding of the accounting processes integrated within the solution.
• Fluent English to facilitate effective communication. German would be a plus, but not a must.
• Possess positive, customer-focused interpersonal skills and maintain a customer-centric attitude.
