Casual Restaurant Supervisor (Saudi Arabia)

At Eram Talent, we are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Casual Restaurant Supervisor to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As a Casual Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's restaurant and delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the restaurant staff during casual dining shifts
• Ensure adherence to restaurant policies and procedures
• Train and develop staff members to deliver outstanding customer service
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including opening/closing procedures and shift changes
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including regular inspections
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food preparation
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
• Handle cash transactions and perform cash register reconciliations
• Comply with health and safety regulations and guidelines

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food and beverage industry
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Knowledge of casual dining operations and service standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Flexible schedule, including evening, weekend, and holiday availability
• Fluency in English is required, Arabic language skills are a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or related field is a plus
