Requirements

• Culinary aficionado with a proven track record as a Sous Chef or in a similar role within 4-star hotels or upscale dining establishments.
  


• Knowledge of Italian cuisine is preferable, understanding of traditional techniques, ingredients, and regional variations.
  


• Knowledge of International cuisine, bringing creativity and authenticity to a diverse range of culinary offerings.
  


• Experience in managing a la carte service, demonstrating impeccable attention to detail and efficient execution.
  


• Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with a multinational team.
  


• Proficiency in German is a strong asset, enabling clear communication and fostering teamwork.
  


• Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
