What You’ll Be Doing:
We are looking for a highly driven and strategic leader to take ownership of channel business development in Energy industry while leading and scaling our field force organization. This role combines partner growth, go-to-market execution, and operational excellence in the field, with a strong focus on revenue generation, market expansion, and partner enablement.
Develop and execute channel strategies to drive revenue growth and expand energy & PV market presence
Build and manage strong relationships with partners, ensuring alignment through joint business plans and performance tracking
Lead and develop the field force team, setting clear KPIs and ensuring effective execution of go-to-market strategies
Drive demand generation activities such as events, workshops, and partner enablement initiatives
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure consistent market execution
Own pipeline development, deal support, and forecasting accuracy
Monitor business performance, track KPIs, and provide regular updates to senior management while identifying opportunities and risks
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field
Experience in channel sales, business development, or field sales leadership
Proven track record of delivering revenue growth through partner ecosystems
Strong leadership experience managing field sales teams
Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
Analytical mindset with strong forecasting and planning capabilities
Fluent in English and German
