We believe that sustainable high performance is only possible when people have enough space for recovery, mental balance, and healthy work habits. To further strengthen our culture, we are seeking a Chief Relaxation Officer who will shape and embed our wellbeing strategy across the organization.

Your Tasks


  • Strategic Development of Wellbeing Programs: Design a holistic wellbeing strategy aligned with business objectives. This includes conceptualizing, implementing, and continuously evolving relaxation, mental-health, and stress-prevention initiatives.

  • Monitoring, Analytics & Advisory: Regularly assess employee wellbeing using surveys, pulse checks, and qualitative insights. Based on the results, derive actionable recommendations and advise HR and leadership on improving work culture and team wellbeing.

  • Culture Building & Engagement Activation: Drive initiatives that promote balance, psychological safety, and healthy work practices. This includes micro-break concepts, internal awareness campaigns, and the development of spaces and tools that support everyday recovery.

  • Training, Coaching & Capability Building: Develop and deliver training sessions, workshops, and coaching programs for employees and leaders on topics such as stress management, mindfulness, recovery techniques, and healthy leadership behaviors.

Your Background


  • Strong Wellbeing & Psychology Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of stress dynamics, mental health, psychological safety, and modern wellbeing models — with the ability to translate these into practical organizational solutions.

  • Training & Coaching Competency: Confident in facilitating workshops, designing learning formats, and coaching leaders at different levels.

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data from employee surveys, identify patterns, spot emerging risks, and derive clear action steps.

  • Communication & Change Management Strength: Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire, influence, and drive cultural transformation across the organization.


  • 3–5 years of experience in HR, organizational development, corporate health management, coaching/training roles, or related functions.

  • The minimum wage for this full-time position in accordance with the collective agreement with complete fulfillment of the functional profile is EUR XX.XXX,XX gross per year. But this is just a formality - we would be happy to talk about your actual salary in person!
