Who we’re looking for: A digital ad sales champion with a passion for online media, creativity, and innovation. You're not just about hitting targets—you’re about shaping the future of digital advertising for some of the biggest brands!
What You'll Be Doing:
- Own the revenue game: You’ll drive advertising sales revenue for our Vienna office and grow our client portfolio.
- Be the Snapchat expert: Support local advertisers in Austria, helping them maximize their campaigns on Snapchat.
- Build relationships that matter: Work with top advertisers, boost their KPIs, and watch their businesses thrive under your guidance.
- Educate & inspire: Lead presentations and hands-on training sessions with agencies and clients.
- Scout for new biz: Attend industry events, build relationships, and land those game-changing leads.
- Be a strategic driver: Manage, analyze, and steer the commercial success of short and long-term revenue goals.
What You Bring:
- Ad Sales Pro: 2+ years of digital ad experience, especially with major accounts.
- Multilingual Mastery: Fluent in **German & English** (bonus points for French!)
- Industry Know-How: Deep understanding of how agencies plan, buy, and measure digital/programmatic ads.
- Data-Driven & Strategic: You love diving into numbers, but you’re also a big-picture thinker.
- Tech-Savvy: Experience with Google Sheets, PowerPoint, Keynote—and if you know Salesforce, even better!
- A Can-Do Attitude: You’re all about solutions and making things happen, no matter the challenge.
- Networking Ninja: Connections with key agencies and clients in Austria? That’s a huge plus.
