MAJOR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 

I. Commercial Support Specialist Austria (60%) / [including back-up Sales Assistant Austria]

1. Close cooperation with local field sales team (issuing presentations, creating and maintaining content for sales force information, presentations at country meetings)

2. Office coordination and support (administrative and organizational support for the marketing and sales teams)

3. Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable related tasks

4. Co-responsible for escalating complaint handling (GEM) in close cooperation with CSC Germany

5. Steering of customer retention tools for patients, HCP and pharmacies (management of cooperation with Ashfield Call Center)

6. Implementation of sales and marketing activities (e-mail mailings, letter mailings and outbound telephone calls)

7. Transferring results from round tables with Nurses and HCPs into marketing material
8. Training of the local sales force

9. Onboarding new hires (Marketing related)

11. Planning and organizing external events (congresses, round tables, nurse education)

12. Back-up for Office, Sales and Marketing Assistant

II. Marketing Specialist Austria (40%)

1. Main Marketing Specialist for Contour Next One, Contour Next, Contour XT, and the Contour Diabetes App (expansion of Interconnected Diabetes Management)

2. Planning (marketing plan creation for Austria based on the European & Global Marketing Plan) and local implementation

3. Cooperation with the European Marketing team

4. Integrated marketing communication in all departments and channels (sales, trade, patients etc.)

5. Budget planning (meter, P&I including tracking of measures, KPIs etc.)

6. Monitoring competitors

7. Close cooperation and coordination with Marketing in Germany and Switzerland

8. Contact person for internal & external partners regarding the products (customers, agencies etc.) – third level support)

9. Responsible for packaging and labelling "update" processes for the blood glucose monitoring systems in Austria

10. Close cooperation and coordination with commercial / sales organization in Austria
