Content Moderator (m,f) Social Media German

Starts: 20th June or 4 th July or 30rd July 

Tasks:

·

• Review user reports regarding video content on a streaming platform
• Review sensitive content, sometimes involving graphic or disturbing subject matter
• Audit and update content
• Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services
• Make well-balanced decisions and help resolve inquiries with respect to defined policies and procedures, especially the data protection policy.

• C2 German level, B2 English level written and spoken
• 6 months of experience in relevant field is preferred
• Ability to cover weekly shift rotation including occassional nights and weekends
• Tolerance to sensitive content in videos
• Strong computer skills
• Customer service-orientation with effective, pleasant and professional communication style as well as patience
• Quick learning and adaptability to new processes and concepts
• Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced work environment
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently.

100% on-site (POP) and 24/7 (night shifts included)

950 base salary + 450 language adder + 167 meal allowance

• Relocation from outside of Portugal: Reimbursement of Airfare after 90 days of contract up to 700€ in Economy class

• Relocation from outside of Portugal: Hotel Room for 28 days depending on the project
• Relocation from inside of Portugal: Hotel Room for 15 days depending on the project
• o Working Hours: between Monday to Sunday – 07:00 AM - 10:00 PM; (07:00am – 04:00pm / 09:00am – 06:00pm / 01:00pm – 10:00pm) Rotative shifts; 2 days off
