Controller Austria (m/f/d)

We are looking for a dedicated Controller Austria (m/f/d) who is responsible for monitoring, analyzing and optimizing financial processes in order to effectively support and develop the company's goals.

• Preparation of monthly financial statements, commenting on monthly reports and preparing analyses and interpretation of cost center and cost unit accounts. 
• Identifying and analyzing trends and deviations from the budget/forecast. 
• Active support and further development of reporting, budget and forecast processes. 
• Preparation of ad-hoc analyses and KPI benchmarks. 
• Liquidity planning and cash management. 
• Support with operational controlling issues at our locations in Austria. 
• Project work on the integration of new subsidiaries. 
• Support with the automation and digitalization of processes. 

• Competitive copmensation with annual bonus, based on individual and company-specific targets - the salary for this position is at least EUR 60,000 gross annual salary for 40 hours per week. Depending on qualifications and professional experience, there is a willingness to overpay.

• Degree in business administration, preferably with a focus on controlling. 
• Several years of relevant professional experience and skills in controlling and accounting.  
• High IT and process affinity and very good Excel skills. 
• Networked and analytical thinking skills and a structured way of working. 
• High degree of initiative, ability to work in a team and reliability. 
• Motivation to drive forward and implement further developments in our reporting. 
• Team player with good communication skills. 
• Very good knowledge of German and English (at least C1 level).
