This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a COP Manager - REMOTE. In this role, you will provide senior operational leadership for Common Operational Picture (COP) capabilities within the Command and Control (C2) portfolio. Your efforts will be vital in planning, executing, assessing, sustaining, and modernizing COP operations, while serving as a principal representative within the joint COP community. You will directly engage with Combatant Command stakeholders to synchronize requirements and resolve data integration challenges, ensuring seamless interoperability across the enterprise.
Accountabilities
- Lead COP-related planning, execution, assessment, sustainment, and modernization efforts
- Serve as principal Joint Staff representative within the joint COP community
- Engage CCMD stakeholders (JDNOs, JICOs) to synchronize requirements and resolve issues
- Manage the COP Staff Assistance Visit (SAV) program across Combatant Commands
- Maintain CJCSI governing the SAV program and supplemental guidance
- Evaluate COP system performance, compliance, and data integration
- Provide senior leadership with recommendations on operational risks, gaps, and opportunities
- Support GCCS-J operational sponsorship and modernization
- Coordinate in/out-brief materials, after-action reports, and action item tracking
- Lead the annual COP Working Group and UNCLAS COP Working Group
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance with NC2-ESI eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience supporting COP systems, joint C2 operations, or operational visualization capabilities
- U.S. Citizenship
