The Corporate Partnership Lead is responsible for developing, managing, and growing strategic partnerships with corporate clients to promote and sell Impact Hub's products and services. This role is crucial for driving both revenue and impact, as it leverages corporate partnerships to create tangible social and environmental benefits. The Corporate Partnership Lead will identify new opportunities, build long-term relationships, and coordinate the successful delivery of partnership agreements, ensuring that all collaborations align with Impact Hub’s impact logic and organizational goals. This role requires a strategic, sales-driven approach to secure partnerships and a deep understanding of how these collaborations can contribute to Impact Hub's broader impact objectives.
Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities with corporate clients to drive revenue growth and social impact.
Develop customized proposals and presentations that align corporate interests with Impact Hub’s impact goals.
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers within corporate organizations.
Negotiate partnership agreements, focusing on terms that support both financial sustainability and impactful outcomes.
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, program delivery, finance) to ensure the smooth execution of partnership deliverables and alignment with impact objectives.
Oversee the implementation of partnership agreements, ensuring they meet both partner expectations and Impact Hub’s mission.
Monitor and evaluate partnership performance, ensuring that both revenue targets and impact metrics are met.
Act as the primary point of contact for corporate partners, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering long-term collaborations.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential partners in sectors aligned with Impact Hub's impact areas.
Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to develop co-branded campaigns and initiatives that highlight the partnership’s impact.
Maintain a pipeline of potential partners, tracking progress and reporting on both sales performance and impact contributions.
Provide feedback on product and service development to ensure alignment with market needs and impact goals.
Prepare and deliver regular reports on partnership performance, including both financial outcomes and impact achievements.
Represent Impact Hub at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the organization's products, services, and impact agenda.
Continuously seek ways to innovate and enhance the corporate partnership strategy to maximize both revenue and impact.
Sales and Business Development: Proven record to successfully identify, approach, and secure new partnership opportunities.
Impact-Driven Strategy: Understanding of how to integrate social and environmental impact goals into corporate partnerships.
Relationship Management: Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and German for developing proposals, negotiating agreements, and conveying impact stories.
Project Management: Proven ability to coordinate multiple partnership projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with objectives.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to understand corporate partner needs and align them with Impact Hub’s products, services, and impact logic.
Market Awareness: Strong understanding of market trends and the corporate sector to identify new partnership opportunities.
Negotiation: Skilled in negotiating terms that drive both revenue growth and social impact.
Experience: Minimum three years of experience in corporate sales (or equivalent)

Compensation: The yearly salary for full-time is between €48,300 and €63,400 gross, depending on your education, qualifications and work experience. The salary is subject to an annual inflation adaptation (first adaptation already in March 2025).
