• IDENTIFICATION... of cost-saving potential in the products of the division through
  
  
  
  • Application of analysis tools and methods of Value Analysis (VA) & Value Engineering (VE)
  
  
  • Data analysis, including in SAP & WindChill PLM systems, as well as of CAD drawings
  
  
  • Intensive exchange with technical specialists for the respective product groups
  
  
  • Collaboration with local procurement, the central Value Engineering team, and suppliers 
  
  
  
  


• CALCULATION... of product costs (purchased materials & manufacturing processes) 


• RESPONSIBILITY... for documenting, tracking, and reporting the division’s cost savings 


• LEADERSHIP... of internal VA & VE projects, both within the division and across divisions 


• COLLABORATION... in VA & VE projects with engineering teams in Austria and India, external suppliers, production, as well as through own design implementation of changes


• SHAPING... the mobility of the future

• HTL, FH, TU in the field of industrial engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, or WU with technical affinity 


• Passion for cost optimization of technical products 


• Knowledge in the use of agile collaboration methods 


• Enjoyment of interacting with different cultures, internal interfaces, and customers 


• Willingness to travel: on average 3–5 days per month – also internationally possible (focus on India)

Our location is very well connected to public transport and only a 5-minute walk from Mödling railway station.

The minimum salary is from € 4,500 gross per month with appropriate qualifications.
