Overview


As our new Customer Care Executive (m/f/d) in Vienna you will use your strong communication skills and passion for people as well as sports to support our partners in growing their businesses. You will guide our partners towards utilizing the Eversports Manager in the most beneficial and efficient way. Additionally, you will also be in close cooperation with our Sales and Finance department as well as working closely together with our Product & Engineering department daily.


Work time: Full-time  (35h/week, every second Friday off!)


Planned start: September 2025


Office: VIENNA, Austria


Your Tasks



  • Onboarding of new signed customers within our Partner Activation team (with Calls, Meetings, Chats,...)

  • Support our existing clients via all support channels such as the ticket system, in writing via live chat and by telephone through the hotline

  • Be involved in Customer Care projects and initiatives as well as keep our existing customers engaged

  • Support in business intelligence projects to ensure data quality in our database

  • Maintain and continuously improve the online helpdesk ensuring the content is up to date, relevant and easy to use

  • Help out in different daily tasks and ad hoc tasks in the customer care department (e.g. customer imports)


Your Profile



  • If you are fresh out of school, an enrolled student, looking for a change of direction or else, doesn't matter so much for us: we'd rather have someone as part of our team who is full of motivation and eager to learn than a specific university direction or education, but we also want to be honest here and need to emphasize that this job is an entry level position

  • Excellent Spanish and English skills

  • Proficiency in an additional language is required, with options including German, French, or Italian

  • Positive mindset and strong interpersonal skills

  • Confidence with calling B2B partners

  • Reliability, attention to details and solution-orientation

  • Very good knowledge of MS Office and Excel
