Data Protection Officer (m/f/d)

We are looking for a motivated Data Protection Officer (m/f/d) at our headquarters of Vienna for 30 hours/week.

Your Role

• You perform as a Data Protection Officer in accordance with Art. 39 GDPR and are responsible for the operational management of all data protection issues
• You coordinate compliance with data protection regulations and advise the company management and all departments and employees on effective data protection in the company
• You manage and accompany international projects, in particular IT and digitalization projects with a focus on data protection
• You check contracts for commissioned data processing and conduct annual reviews
• You keep up with legal changes in data protection law and make recommendations to ensure compliance

Your Profile

• You have completed a degree in law or business informatics
• You have already gained at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position
• Preferably, you have successfully passed an examination to become an expert data protection officer or completed a comparable training
• Your experience in project management and in coordinating tasks within a project team enables you to make projects a success
• You have a good understanding of IT and digital processes and are familiar with computer security systems
• You impress with your strong communication skills in German and English (C-level)

For this position, an annual compensation package starting at € 65,000 gross all-in is offered according to your qualifications and professional experience.
