Arbeitsbeschreibung - DevOps Engineer (M/W/D)

Are you ready to take on a central role in optimizing our development and operations processes as a DevOps Engineer? We are looking to strengthen our team to further develop automation processes and promote a DevOps-oriented mindset.

CI/CD and Automation: Support and improve our Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery workflow to increase efficiency and quality
Security Integration: Embed security standards into all automation processes
Process Automation: Identify and automate manual processes in collaboration with your colleagues
Team Support: Assist teams in designing, building, testing, and deploying software changes
Infrastructure and Development Tools: Build and set up new development tools and infrastructure to support the entire development process
Liaison between Development and Operations: Serve as the bridge to ensure close collaboration between development and operations

A completed IT-related education or degree and fluency in English
At least 3-5 years of experience in the DevOps field or a similar position
In-depth knowledge and practical understanding of CI/CD pipelines, configuration management, deployment automation, and infrastructure orchestration
Experience with microservice architectures, containers, and orchestration tools
Familiarity with multiple programming languages, with the ability to debug and work across various stacks
Knowledge of our tech stack is a plus: Ansible, GitLab, GitLab CI, Artifactory, Ubuntu, Kubernetes, Nix, and Terraform

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 3.843,00 gross/month (ST1/‘Regelstufe’) based on full-time employment. Of course, there is a willingness to overpay in line with the market depending on qualifications and professional experience.
