• Design digital and project-based learning content for IT:U students in Canvas
• Analysis of learning content in collaboration with professors, students and ensure it is current and aligned with learning objectives
• Collaborate with our web developer to upload, organize, and maintain course content within the LMS
• Simultaneous management of projects with individual learning content
• Create documentation and tutorials to assist users in navigating the platform
• Conduct regular audits to review content quality and compliance

Your strengths and skills:

• Bachelor‘s degree in Instructional Design, Communication, Knowledge, Media, eEducation, teacher trainer program or similar
• Professional experience in the design of teaching materials, technical documentation and general LMS knowledge (preferably Canvas or Moodle)
• Very good knowledge of video and sound design (preferably Adobe Premiere and Audacity)
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
• Nice to have: Experience with the instructional design model ADDIE and generative AI tools

We offer a gross salary in line with the market starting at EUR 3.500 – on a full-time basis (with a willingness to overpay depending on qualifications, experience and individual skills) and the opportunity to play a key role in shaping the development of IT:U.
