Arbeitsbeschreibung - Director of Sales Enablement

Ensure a consistent standard of sales knowledge across global sales teams.
Review sales processes and adjust and /or add best practices where needed.
Establish a training academy to onboard new hires quickly and equip them with the necessary skills.
Collaborate closely with the Managing Directors of subsidiary companies to hire and train the right sales staff internationally.
Continuously assess the sales structure based on sales performance, competitor activities, and customer needs, and recommend optimizations when needed.
Develop advancement plans for high-performing sales members to help them take the next step in their careers.
Create development plans for underperformers, providing guidance on their future in sales.
Lead "train the trainer" programs, providing sales leadership with the insights needed to effectively communicate with their teams.
Work closely with HR to identify and engage potential external training providers.

10+ years of experience driving sales excellence.
Hands-on sales experience.
Fluent in both English and German.
Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
Strong team player.
Internationally experienced, with a proven ability to work across multiple countries, showcasing strong intercultural skills.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Analytical skills for market analysis and go-to-market strategies.
Strong negotiation skills.
Proven ability to establish efficient sales processes and improve services.
Expertise in workforce planning and talent development.
Collaborative approach to working with cross-functional departments.
