Job description

In your new role you will:

• Assume leadership and responsibility for the Real Estate and FM team managing the EMEA region
• Act as main real estate business partner for all internal customers and occupiers in the region
• Be responsible for all real estate activities
• Ensure facility management services within agreed service levels
• Drive further development of roles & responsibilities, establish and track targets based on the corporate and real estate strategy
• Represent the company as a business partner in the context of corporatereal estate projects
• Drive the optimization of all office and R&D locations in the region aswell as the planning and implementation of new construction and retrofitprojects in our properties
• Manage an ever-changing variety of internal initiatives and projects
• Closely collaborate with internal and external stakeholders like R&D, sales, construction, legal, finance, treasury to deliver highly successful projects
• International travel up to 40%

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Master's Degree in real estate, facility management, economics or equivalent
• Experience in commercial real estate and facilities management in an international environment
• Experience in project management
• Market know-how and good networking in the real estate industry
• Leadership and management experienc e in comparable tasks
• Ability to manage multiple projects for multiple stakeholders at the same time
• Ability to work independently while maintaining all deadlines and critical date obligations
• Excellent analytical skills and business acumen
• Excellent and inherent competency with time management and organization
• Excellent ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and with proper professionalism
• Excellent ability to build trust among colleagues and service partners
• Demonstrated ability to establish processes, workflows, standard procedures
• Excellent English language proficiency; German is a plus
