Dispatcher, 
As a Scale House Dispatcher in Marmet WV, you will learn and assist with aggregate cash/credit/account sales, stone orders, quotes, running the scales, ticketing, truck weighing, job set up in systems, office duties and safety culture. The Scale House Dispatcher role assignments include: (1) Office Administration; (2) Sales & Ticketing ; (3) Truck Loading (4) Stone Orders
 
We are seeking Scale House Dispatcher  applicants who are career ready, have a strong passion for the profession and to be a Scale House Dispatcher in the construction industry.  Candidates for the position must have the following:

• High School Diploma or GED


• Valid Driver’s License


• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions


• Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing


• Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite


• Ability to think critically and innovatively


• Monthly reporting


• Must be willing to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays when necessary


• Reliable and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job
