eCommerce Specialist (f/m/d)

The opportunity 

Are you passionate about eCommerce, content management, and creating exceptional online experiences? We're looking for an eCommerce Specialist to join our team!
In this role, you play a crucial part in the daily operations of our eCommerce platforms while working in cross-functional teams to deliver a consistent, brand-aligned and high performing digital experience. You would make a difference!

Your Mission

• You manage and maintain our onsite local content for various European webshops


• You take the lead for our local EU newsletter strategy & execution


• You collaborate regularly with different teams within Content Creation and Web Development to create and execute Sales Campaigns on our local websites as well as regular Newsletter sendouts


• You actively contribute to the global eCommerce roadmap by representing EU market needs and participating in feature planning, QA, and rollout coordination


• You collaborate with IT, Sales Steering on topics as technical troubleshooting and stock availability across Europe


• You are our number one interface to the global eCommerce team, aligning with global strategy, implementing best practices and recommendations tailored to local market needs


• You align product and campaign content with organic traffic strategies to improve our SEO performance


• You track and analyze our onsite KPIs on a regular basis
  

Your skills

• You have a Bachelor degree in business administration, marketing or e-commerce with a work experience of min. 2 years


• You are very familiar with eCommerce tools such as emarsys (newsletter), kontent.ai (webshop) & shopify


• You enjoy working in and as a team


• You have a strong commercial mindset and drive for results always


• Your hands-on mentality drives you and helps you develop new ideas


• You have a passion for brands


• You enjoy collaboration and working in cross-functional local & global teams

• You are fluent in English and German
  

Who we are

Our sustainable and lightweight bikes have won awards and created a loyal customer base all over the world!  We are an international, multicultural team with more than 15 nationalities. With over 170 employees it can be difficult to maintain the startup atmosphere, so we place a lot of emphasis on a friendly working atmosphere and extensive onboarding.

For this position, we offer you a gross monthly salary starting at EUR 2.700,- on a full-time basis. Of course, we take into account your individual qualifications and experience and are willing to pay an appropriate overpayment. We will be happy to discuss details in person.
