Als EHS Manager / Sicherheitsfachkraft für Österreich (m/w/d) bist du zentrale Ansprechperson für alle Themen rund um Environment, Health & Safety und prägst aktiv unsere Sicherheits‑ und Compliance‑Kultur.

Deine Aufgaben:

• Gesamtverantwortung für EHS‑Themen an österreichweiten Standorten
• Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung des EHS‑Managementsystems (ISO 45001 & ISO 14001) in enger Abstimmung mit dem europäischen EHS‑Netzwerk
• Funktion als EHS‑Fachexpert:in & Sparringspartner:in für Management, Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende
• Planung, Durchführung und Begleitung von internen & externen Audits (inkl. Lead‑Auditor‑Tätigkeit)
• Sicherstellung der gesetzlichen Compliance (z. B. ASchG, ATEX, Abfall‑ & Gefahrstoffrecht)
• Durchführung von Risikoanalysen, Unfalluntersuchungen und Ableitung präventiver Maßnahmen
• Aufbau, Durchführung und Dokumentation von EHS‑Schulungen
• Koordination von Notfall‑, Brandschutz‑ und Umweltmaßnahmen
• Förderung einer starken Sicherheits‑ und Präventionskultur im gesamten Unternehmen
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Behörden, Auditoren und externen Partnern

Dein Profil:

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit, Umwelttechnik, Chemie, Life Sciences oder vergleichbar
• Zertifizierung als Sicherheitsfachkraft (SFK gemäß SFK‑VO) zwingend erforderlich
• Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich EHS / HSE, idealerweise in Industrie, Logistik oder Life Sciences
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse der österreichischen EHS‑Gesetzgebung
• Erfahrung mit ISO 45001 / 14001 und strukturierten Audits
• Erfahrung mit Gefahrstoff- oder ATEX-Umgebungen sowie weitere Zusatzqualifikationen von Vorteil
• Deutsch & Englisch verhandlungssicher
• Strukturierte, eigenständige und pragmatische Arbeitsweise („Hands‑on“)
• Kommunikationsstärke und souveränes Auftreten auf allen Ebenen

Das Jahresbruttogehalt beträgt ab € 50.400. Je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist eine deutliche Überzahlung möglich.
