EMEA Premix Formulation Expert - Pet Food

Formulate premixes for pet food premix EMEA blend plant, including modification of existing formulations. Support the transfer of pet food premix formulations between blend plants. Translate customer requirements into the premix production process while ensuring regulatory compliance and integrity. Ensure regulatory compliance and support premix plant operations. Develop and approve ingredient specifications and new ingredients. Support compliance initiatives related to safety, health, and environmental regulations. Assist with account management, including premix training, samples production, competitive evaluations, and nutritional services. Knowledge of feed ingredients and companion animal nutrition. Understanding of micronutrients and their application in pet nutrition and knowledge of complete feed requirements for pets. Must be able to interpret analytical test results. Working knowledge of Operations Management System and HSE requirements. Good knowledge of English and good communication skills.
