Description
 Your role
  • Manage and continuously improve ERP-supported business processes for Engineering Services & Product Servicing
  • Translate business requirements into technical and organizational ERP solutions and contribute to projects involving relevant ERP and CRM process changes
  • Coordinate user support, provide training, and maintain process documentation and training materials
  • Develop, execute, and maintain ERP tests to support the successful deployment of new system releases
  • Stay up to date with developments in our ERP system and its add-ons, identify new opportunities to support our business processes, and ensure alignment between ERP and CRM processes

  • A background in IT, business administration, or a related field, or relevant experience with business and ERP systems
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills combined with a structured way of working
  • An independent, solution-oriented mindset and strong communication skills
  • Very good English skills and openness to occasional travel
