ESG Compliance Expert (f/m/d)
How You'll Make Your Mark
Your main tasks in this role are:- In this role you will support with the development and implementation of our group compliance management system with a dedicated focus on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) topics
- Your responsibilities include leading and executing ESG compliance projects or specific work streams, driving our sustainability initiatives forward
- You are excited to work cross-functionally and globally within our matrix structure, engaging with stakeholders to promote the best interests of the ALDI SÜD Group
- In addition you will consolidate and integrate existing and new knowledge, data, and management systems, ensuring adherence to current and emerging regulations and standards
- You'll embed compliance requirements into both new and existing processes and internal control systems
- Providing expert guidance and advice on compliance issues and supporting various teams across the organization complete your field of responsibility
Your Profile
The requirements for the role are:- You have an academic degree in Sustainability Management or a related field
- As an ESG Compliance Expert you have at least 3 years of experience in ESG-related areas, experience in governance, compliance and risk management are beneficial
- You are proficient in the professional application and utilization of management systems, data, and information
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration abilities set you apart
- You have got strong analytical skills and attention to details
- You are fluent in the English language

Remuneration
Gross annual salary starting from EUR 59.300*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
