Executive support to the CEO and Head of Private Banking
Single point of contact and interface between internal organizational units and external contact persons
Meeting and committee preparation as well as taking minutes and administration
Calendar and travel management
Completed training at A-level (e.g. AHS, BHS) or comparable higher education, ideally with a business orientation
At least 5 years of professional experience, ideally in the area of private banking, alternatively in the investment sector, in the financial services sector or in consulting/business administration
Excellent knowledge of German and English – written and oral
Strong focus on results combined with an independent and flexible working style
Team player with a hands-on mentality as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills
The desire to deal with several issues at the same time, to take responsibility and to meet deadlines
