The Expert, Cyber Security Manager will ensure the management and continuous improvement of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) and cybersecurity processes according to state of the art and regulatory cybersecurity requirements in an international organization
You will:
- Define, improve, document and advise on cybersecurity frameworks, standards, policies/procedures, controls and guidelines in alignment with applicable regulations and industry standards
- Develop plans and strategy gaining an excellent understanding about Borealis cybersecurity infrastructure and business needs to initiate and drive cybersecurity projects and programs
- Manage, conduct and assist in cybersecurity assessments or internal / external audits
- Support and improve the cybersecurity risk management & vulnerability management process, including supply chain cybersecurity risk
- Advise relevant stakeholders, such as internal audit, legal, or procurement, on cybersecurity requirements and measures for the treatment of identified vulnerabilities and risk
About you
- You have a master degree in cybersecurity, computer science, risk management or related field and 10 years of experience in a cybersecurity related role
- You have an understanding of ISO 27001 / NIS 2 directive / TISAX / NIST
- Organized and structured individual, eager to document, develop and improve processes, policies, frameworks, procedures or cybersecurity documentation
- You have excellent communication skills, and can explain well to people what we are doing and why
- You are a personality with the ability to engage and build rapport with a variety of individuals and stakeholders on cybersecurity relevant to their interest and roles
