Opportunity Overview: 

• Provide technical support and resolution to the customers including system installations, diagnostic and identification of problem areas which result in system failures.


• Perform assembly and disassembly of PCBA or mechanical parts.


• Run required test processes, including activities such as (but not limited to) installing PCBA into testers, attaching/disconnecting interface and power supply cables, installing device interface boards, and running the appropriate test programs


• Perform repair of the test equipment, mechanical parts and PCBA.

  • Electronics Technology or Industrial Electronics Graduates.
  
  
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Field Service/Maintenance role and prior experience in Hard Disk Drive Testing is an advantage.
  
  
  • Detail oriented.
  
  
  • Good Communication Skills.
  
  
  • Computer Literate (Good command of Microsoft Excel is a must).
  
  
  • Proactive team player, meticulous with ability to work independently and under pressure
  
  
  • Flexible in job and shift assignment.
  
  
  • Has a winning attitude and is willing to go extra mile and exceed customer expectation.
  
  
  • Knowledgeable in Electronics. Able to read electronic schematic diagrams and identify components.
  
  
  • Knowledgeable in soldering and desoldering components.
